Parking – there is room for 20-25 cars on gravel lot parking or the driveway. Plenty of room exists for numerous snowmobile trailers, etc.Playground – a school ground quality redwood playground is 100 feet from the cabin. It includes a slide, sandbox, and 3 swings.
Pole barn – the shop (32’x48’) is available, but individually negotiated. May be used for auto/ATV/snowmobile/motorcycle storage and service.
Privacy – the property has no close neighbors. Closest residents are on the county road 600’ below and 1 mile away in the Galena valley.
Propane – the outdoor grill and the fireplace are fueled by propane.
